I have a discount/promo code, where do I enter it?
Your code can be entered on the Check-out Page. Once the code is entered you will see the discount for the code automatically applied to the total amount.
Can I stack the discount/promo codes?
Sorry, you can only apply ONE code to one order.
Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before checkout – just go to the shopping cart and you can add or remove items. If you have already checked out, please contact customer@moluuxbathroom.com within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
What can I do when I want to cancel my order but it has already been processed?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service before the returning, If the order is not shipped out, our customer service will help you to cancel it directly, pls contact us through customer@moluuxbathroom.com
Why can’t I receive an order confirmation e-mail?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder. Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes – if you still haven’t received your confirmation, email customer@moluuxbathroom.com, and we’ll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email. What can I do if my address offered in the order is not correct?
Please contact our customer service through customer@moluuxbathroom.com, we will update your address before the product ship in 12 hours. If the products already on shipping we can send you a new product for correct address and return the old order.

How long will I take to receive my order?
You will receive your products within 5 days afther you make an order thanks to our local warehouses in Germany and US.
You will receive your products within 15 days for other most of countries and regions which we shipped from Hongkong.

How much should I pay for my order shipping?
Rest assured we provide FREE SHIPPING service for all available countries/regions.How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Once your payment is verified, usually it will take 1 – 2 days to process and ship your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped out.
What can I do if I need to change my address, but the order has been shipped?
We are sorry that address changing cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us by customer@moluuxbathroom.com to change your address and other shipping options.
What if the tracking info stated that my order has been delivered but I haven’t receive anthing?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us by customer@moluuxbathroom.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
I ordered several items, why do I only receive one package?
Some of the items in your order could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order detail page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if other packages still hasn’t arrived, please contact us under customer@moluuxbathroom.com
Do I need to pay for the Tax?
As for the import duties, it may be incurred in some countries, and buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for the taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office about related policies prior to ordering.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange wthin 30 days after receipt.

How do I protect my Kitchen Sink?
Clean your sink on a regular basis with warm soapy water. Rinse the sink after using cleaning products. Wipe the sink surface with a soft cloth to remove any liquid residue. Do not cut food directly on the surface of the sink. Do not leave sharp objects on the surface of the sink for an extended period of time. Do not use abrasive cleaning products, sanding tools, steel wool or bleaching products.

Yes, there are two holes on the Moluux sink, which can install the glass rinser and soap dispenser at the same time.What kind of mounting methods does Moluux kitchen sink support?

Can Moluux Kitchen Sinks accommodate a garbage disposal?
Yes. If you plan to install a garbage disposal, you need to replace the entire drainage system came in the package. You may proceed with the installation as long as the diameter of your disposal does not exceed 40cm (15.6 inches).Can waterfall faucets be purchased separately and installed over other sinks?
No, waterfall faucet can only be installed with this sink (KS2203), not suitable for other sinks.
